How To Order

First-time Users:

You must be a registered user to place an OhioHealth Brochure order. Please select the "Register" option on the Home Page. This option is located under the My Profile section. Fill out the contact, shipping and account information then click on "register." The Your Cart screen will come up and let you know that your cart is empty. You will have an option to either continue shopping or view the site map. Click on "Continue Shopping." This will take you back to the Home Page where you can begin your order.

NOTE: If you have registered and previously placed an order, please be sure to Sign In. You cannot place an order unless you complete the Sign In process. This option is located under the My Profile section. You will need the username and password that you selected in the registration process to sign in.

How to place an order:

The Brochure Program items are listed by department, you can find this list under Categories. If there is a specific item you would like to order, you type a keyword into the search feature. For example if you want to order the Benefits of Breastfeeding flyer, just type in "Breastfeeding." Typing a keyword in will only show items pertaining to that word. Selecting a department will show you all of the items pertaining to that department.

Once you find the item you would like to order, click on the item. Select the quantity you would like to order from the drop down menu and click on "Add to cart." This will take you to your shopping cart, if you would like to order additional items click on "Continue Shop," and repeat the steps above. Once you have all of the items for your order in your cart click on "Continue w/order."

After clicking on "Continue w/order" you will be directed to the Contact and Shipping Information screen. Please review this information, if it is current and correct click on "Continue With Order." If you need to change any of your contact and shipping information you may do so on this screen. Once you have completed your changes click on "Continue with Order."

The site will now direct you to the Order Review screen. This is the last step in the ordering process. There is a comment box at the top of the screen, you may put any special instructions or comments in the box. After you review your order for accuracy, click on the "Click here to Complete Your Order" button.

E-Mail confirmation of your order:

An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you once you complete your order. Your order will have an order ID number. You can find this number in the subject line of your order confirmation as well as under Order Details in the body of your email confirmation. Please keep this for your records. You will need this order ID number should you have questions regarding your order. We recommend that you keep this information and/or print it for your records.

Please allow 5 business days to process your order.
